"I felt compelled to write this email after my experience with Susan and this State farm office. Susan the owner was very rude and condescending when we called about a concern with our policy. This office over the last couple years have had employee turn around and now I see why. Susan is rude and condescending to people. I have been a long time customer with this location, 12 years and now will be switching agents! When you are in customer service you need to speak to people with kindness and respect. You talk to people like they are stupid with no education and that your superior to them. I also reached out to the corporate office and emailed the CEO/ President of State farm. ( Jon Farney). Do not be fooled by the reviews this location has it is simply not true. This is why reviews are so important and everyone should look into what customers are saying about companies. I never want to talk bad about a business but they left me no choice, others need to know."
