"Susan Palkovic appears to be pleasant when she's trying to get your business. But after that she's rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about your needs or what your requesting. I'm entitled to receiving any past bills that I've acquired but yet she tries to talk down to you. She thinks she's privileged and she's really not. You are truly an unpleasant person to speak with and you come off very miserable. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business at this office. Michelle was very pleasant. I didn't have a problem with the staff it's just SUSAN!

Surprisingly an hour later I receive all these automated texts from opting me out of the portal and messages. I never requested this?? And per Susan's bland response I had called the State Farm 800 number prior to even calling her office to avoid speaking with her and they said I had to contact her office directly. And all I wanted was my 2024 bills, unbelievable. Customer service at its best!

Lastly, she said they're unable to locate my file but an hour ago she just emailed sent me three emails regarding my policy. Now they're trying to deactivate me from logging in?? Really Susan! I have rights to my bills."
